okay, back to the routine (lol). so i’m doing my skincare because duh, but also my face is so dry today like why??? maybe it’s the weather, maybe it’s my soul, who knows. i’m using this new serum that’s supposed to be hydrating but i’m not convinced yet. like, is it working or am I just imagining things??? also, why does my face look so blotchy in this light??? deep sigh. anyway, moisturizer time-side note: does anyone else just smear it on like they’re frosting a cake? no? just me? cool cool.
now for the real part: makeup. i’m trying to be low-key today but also my under-eyes are screaming for concealer so… here we go. side note: why is my concealer brush so old??? it’s like a sponge at this point. also, why do i own so many concealers??? like, do i have a problem??? probably. anyway, foundation time-side note: i swear i look better in swatches than i do on my actual face. like, what is that??? also, why does my foundation always end up in my eyebrows??? like, how???
